Yep, there she is!!! Great shot of our Mountain.
Did I already share with you the lines from the old Brian Bowers folk song? He wrote it back in the 1980’s about Mt. Rainier (and as a way to discourage crowds of people from leaving California and moving to our beautiful state). It goes:
“Out on the road. we tell all the turkeys
‘Yes, it’s away raining and the sun never shines.’
But all the natives know when the mountain lifts her skirts,
The view from home will flat out melt your mind!”
