My contribution for this week:

I’ve been going through some older photos this week and was revisiting Africa. Here are some, rather blurry, photos from a safari I went on to Kichwa Tembo camp at Masai Mara. Fantastic experience.

Outdoor eating area at Kichwa Tembo, very nice wooden and leather folding chair with a wart hog wandering nearby.
A jet lagged afternoon writing notes on my bed...then fading off. I never can keep up and Africa is drinking from a fire hose of experiences.
Seat in the safari vehicle, view beyond of Masai Mara with Thompson's gazelle.
Seats by the fire for a performance by the local Masai tribe.
Seating outdoors at Kichwa Tembo was lit by lanterns at night.
The lounge area at the dining room building had a variety of seats.
A gazebo provided shade for those of us waiting for an afternoon flight back to Nairobi.

      1. oh I see – that does sound like taking notes –
        and for me – my journaling has phases and then I approach it in different ways when I am doing it regularly – sometimes write daily stuff – reflect on events – make my to do list – or whip out a simple rhyme poem – ha
