Yesterday was pretty gray, a bit chilly and quite drippy, but this little dabbling duck made me smile. This little fellow hung out very close to the shore all alone and stayed pretty close to the same spot. Normally ducks hang in groups or pairs.

He was bobbing in and out of the water all day. I was on a deck using a zoom lens so I doubt he noticed me.
