Enjoy, but don’t be fooled

Today was sunny and mild and you might almost think spring is here. I took a few close-ups around the yard that express the changing seasons.

It is really too early to declare spring. It’s not terribly common, but we might well get some freezing and snow again. And assuredly there will be dark, chilly dreary days before spring actually settles in. None-the-less the sun and warmth are a welcome break…and they gave me a chance to get my roses pruned.
