Pull up a Seat Photo Challenge 2022-Week 12

A PHOTO CHALLENGE OF PLACES WE SIT…OR MIGHT SIT…OR ART ABOUT SITTING

Welcome to week 12 of the Pull up a Seat Challenge in 2022.

Take a load off and share a favorite perch by linking your post to this one, either with a comment or ping-back. For more detailed directions go to Pull Up a Seat page.

It is always fun to see the variety of ideas this theme evokes.

My contribution this week:

A few from around Lyon in France. These are from last September.

Notre-Dame Basilica is a master piece with beautiful details. It was built between 1872 and 1896. The style is Romanesque and byzantine.
Pews inside the Basilica Notre-Dame de Fourviere
Amphitheatre des Trois Gaules (or Amphitheater of the Three Gauls), is among the oldest ruins to be unearthed in France.
Roman amphitheater near the basilica.

Over to you
