Earlier this week we had some haze from wildfires in the upper atmosphere. It gave a kind of eerie, other-world feel.

But the weather shifted and the past couple of days we’ve had some interesting rather choppy clouds.

What a beautiful gallery here! Love the reflections especially. 🙂

In life one prefers the clear skies, but in photos it is always the cloudy skies which are exciting. Great photos in both sets.

So true. The photographer’s blessing is “may you live under interesting skies”.

I hate admitting that sometimes wildfires bring us the most profound sunsets, but they do. Choppy clouds and streaky sunrays are grand. Very nice.
