The question is “why?” I feel like there is a story or joke that goes with this scene. The doll has been on the bench for over a month. Around New Year’s the banana branch with a huge flower bud was added.  Seem’s like this fits with Cee’s Odd Ball theme. It’s kind of fun even though I don’t get it.
